Aluna Restore ("Aluna," "we," "us") operates alunarestore.com and our studio at 27 Route 202, Suite 4, Far Hills, NJ. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website or book with us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us. When you book an appointment, buy a gift card, or create an account, you provide your name, email address, phone number, and payment details. Bookings and payments are handled by our scheduling provider, Mindbody, and are also subject to Mindbody's privacy policy. If you fill out an offer or contact form on our site, we collect the name and email address you enter.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we and our partners collect information about your visit using cookies, pixels, and similar technologies. This can include the pages you view, the link or ad that brought you to our site (for example, campaign tags and ad click identifiers), the buttons you click, your browser and device type, and your IP address.

How we use information

When you book an appointment, we may share limited information with Meta to measure our advertising: an encrypted (hashed) version of your email address, phone number, and name; the booking amount; the date and time; and the ad click and browser identifiers from your visit. We do not share the specific service you booked or any health information with advertising partners. Meta uses this information under its own terms and policies, including to help us measure ad results and reach people who may be interested in our services.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only:

• With service providers that help us run our business, such as our scheduling and payment provider (Mindbody), our website host, our email and productivity tools, and our advertising and analytics partners described above
• When required by law or to protect our rights, our clients, or others
• With a successor if our business is sold or reorganized

Your choices
